Below is an illustration of the natural growth progression within Casey's Store Operations. There are many growth opportunities available in departments managed from our Corporate Headquarters, as well.
Regional Managers oversee the entire store operations for stores within a designated region. Regional Managers direct and manage District Managers within an assigned region to ensure continued and improved profitability through implementation of corporate plans, programs, policies, and practices. Regional Managers ensure employee satisfaction so Casey’s continues to provide excellent customer service and profitability for our shareholders.
District Managers are the lifeline between stores and the Corporate Headquarters. District Managers oversee store operations of approximately 60-75 stores in their assigned district. They are responsible for directing and controlling overall store operations including appearance, profitability, sales and personnel. District Managers work daily with their Area Supervisors to create customer and employee friendly store environments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Area Supervisors stay busy ensuring store management and employees have the tools necessary to effectively stock and run their stores while providing excellent customer service. They work with their Store Managers to maximize the sales and profitability of approximately 10 stores in their assigned district.
Store Managers are some of the hardest working employees at Casey’s. In a customer focused environment, Store Managers are on the front lines managing daily personnel and the operational needs of their store to maximize efficiency and profitability. Depending on the store, managers oversee between 10-30 employees, 24-hour operations, pizza delivery, car washes and more.
Assistant Manager and Second Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers are well versed in all store functions and assist Store Managers in daily operations. There are two levels of Assistant Manager – a First Assistant and a Second Assistant.
