Casey's W2 Forms
We will be mailing the original 2011 W-2’s the last week of January to your home address of record. If the address we have for you is incorrect, the W-2 will be returned to Casey’s. To eliminate further delay, a free copy is available to all current and former Casey’s employees via the ADP W-2 Services website. Click here for instructions to enroll in that service and immediately download your W-2. Otherwise, you may call our W-2 Hotline at 515-965-6127 or email us with a change of address to CaseysW2@caseys.com.
Please note that emails to this address will be picked up and processed but not responded to. If you desire a personal response, please call the W-2 Hotline. If you are a current employee of Casey’s, you are required to keep your address current in our system. Please notify your manager of the update.
