Our purpose at Casey's is to make life better for communities and guests every day. We have made changes to shopping in our stores so that we can continue to serve our communities in the safest possible environment, both for our team members and for our guests. Our stores are open and we are working hard to keep the products you love available.
As recommendations from the CDC and other governing officials evolve, we will be proactive in making decisions to best protect our team members and guests. Though change will continue, we wanted to share with you some of the adjustments we've made recently to best serve our communities.
In addition to being diligent with our standard cleaning protocols, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning food prep equipment, counters, restrooms, door handles and fuel pumps, as well as other high-touch surfaces throughout our stores.
We are still serving fresh-made pizza, though we have paused self-service for single slice pizza. Our team members are happy to serve guests slices of pizza.
Carryout pizza is still available in all locations. Pizza delivery is available in many locations. We are asking our guests to pay online or in the app to reduce contact at checkout for pizza carryout and delivery.
We are still serving fresh-baked donuts, though we have paused self-service for items in the bakery case at this time. Our team members are happy to serve guests donuts, or you may purchase donuts that have already been packaged in boxes.
You can still find individually packaged sandwiches made fresh in the store, and made-to-order sandwiches are still available to order online. However, we have paused our made-to-order sandwich counter in the store.
We ask that our guests only use the disposable cups available in stores. We have paused our refillable cup program for both coffee and cold fountain drinks.
We have paused our self-serve ice cream program at this time.
We have removed seating from all of our stores and ask that all guests eat or drink outside of our stores.
At some locations we have reduced store hours to allow more time for cleaning, as well as to provide additional time for our team members to take care of their families.

We continue to encourage our team members to stay home if they feel sick, or have family members who are sick. We have an additional paid leave program in place to support our full-time and part-time team members who are impacted.
As we face this crisis together, we may continue to make adjustments to the way you shop at Casey's in order to create a safer store for both our team members and you, our guests. We greatly appreciate your flexibility and patience as we navigate the changes in our world today so that we can continue to serve our communities through this difficult time.
