No-Contact Options Now Available

April 8, 2020

We're taking steps to reduce contact to keep you, your families, and our team members safer. We realize these are uncertain times, and we want to assure you we are here for you. Today, we are introducing a few different ways to make it even faster and safer to get your favorite Casey's products.

No-Contact Pizza Delivery

No-Contact Delivery

For guests who prefer a no-contact delivery experience, it's easy to request online, in the app, or when you call:

  • If ordering online or in the app: choose Pay Online and enter "No Contact" in the delivery instructions at checkout.

  • To order by phone: just let the Casey's team member know you'd like no-contact delivery and pay over the phone.

  • Don't forget to add a tip for your driver! You can do this when you're placing your order and skip handling cash at the door.

When our driver arrives with your delivery they will place the order in a clean location right at your doorstep and knock. Your driver will move to a safe distance while you retrieve your order.

Pay Ahead for Carryout

If you'd rather pick up your pizza, we have options for no-contact carryout too that will get you in and out quickly.

  • When you order online or with the Casey's app: choose Pay Online at checkout to use a credit card, debit card, gift card, or your Casey's Cash balance.

  • You can also pay over the phone if you're calling the store to order.

Once you arrive at the store you can grab your order and head right out the door. No need for unnecessary interactions or handling of cash at the register.

Low-Contact Checkout

For guests shopping in our stores, we've made some adjustments to keep contact to a minimum, while still offering the products you love – like our delicious donuts, slices of made-from-scratch pizza, as well as subs, sandwiches, and more. To reduce contact at checkout, try paying with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit card to keep cash handling to a minimum.

Updated Store Hours

Next time you need something from your neighborhood Casey's, remember that most stores have shifted their hours to be open from 6 am to 10 pm, and many are reserving 8 am to 9 am for shoppers who are at higher risk for illness, including guests over 60, pregnant women or those with underlying health conditions. You can find the most up-to-date store hours on our website or in the Casey's app.
