This department manages hundreds of phone calls per day, postmarks and sends all UPS and FedEx as well as sorting all incoming mail. Our administrative team members also process contributions for all stores.
Our in-house Advertising department has positions ranging from media buyers and graphic designers to social media and digital content marketers. They develop promotions and campaigns to promote specials, brand awareness and grand openings of new stores.

Payroll works diligently to ensure our 36,000+ team members receive their paychecks on a bi-weekly basis. The team members in this busy department maintain payroll records, annually distribute W-2s and many other related tasks involved in Payroll processing.

Administration of claims associated with workers compensation, guest accidents, automobile liability and store property damage is handled by Risk Management. Other regulatory/compliance areas, such as food safety and quality assurance, are also managed within this department.
Supporting the store teams is the focus of the Store Operations team. This includes providing various areas of support such as licensing and license renewals, invoicing, ordering, administering various programs and compiling a weekly newsletter.
Our Support Services teams work both at our Store Support Center and remotely throughout Casey's area of operation to provide assistance for current and new stores. Areas within this department include construction, maintenance, repairs and more.
Our Training and Development department provides quality training programs and development opportunities for all Casey's team members. Regional Trainers facilitate store training throughout Casey's locations to ensure the best guest service and operational knowledge.
