How we Help
With a vast majority of our stores located in small towns across the Midwest and Southern regions, Casey's values are rooted in a sense of belonging to these communities. Our stores are often the center of these communities' activities and a place where people feel welcome to stop by for directions or information about events in town. We belong to the Chamber of Commerce in many of these towns, and we offer financial support to numerous school and community events, as well as community betterment projects.
Casey's believes in giving back to our communities and other meaningful causes through charitable giving.
Casey's has been a longtime supporter of Special Olympics. We do our part in various ways, including supporting state summer games, fun runs, auctions, trivia nights, bowling, polar plunges, and many more events.
Founded in 1968, Special Olympics is the world's largest sports organization for people with intellectual disabilities with more than 4.7 million athletes in 169 countries and over a million volunteers.
Muscular Dystrophy Association
Casey's has partnered with MDA since 2007. Through funds raised during the annual MDA Summer Camp pinup campaign and support of the MDA Muscle Team Dinner and Auction, Casey's and MDA have invested not only in the future of thousands in the Midwest, but also provided necessary care, support and resources to kids and adults living with muscular dystrophy and related life-threatening diseases.
More than $8.4 million has been raised to help send kids to MDA Summer Camps across the Midwest to experience the best week of the year where anything is possible – all at no cost to their families.
Hope for the Warriors
In just five short years Casey's has collected over $3 million for Hope for the Warriors. These donations help fund services to military members and their families through a variety of support programs focused on transition, health and wellness, peer engagement, and connections to community resources.
Hope for the Warriors is dedicated to serving those who have served. They provide a full cycle of care to restore self, family and hope to post 9/11 service members, their families and families of the fallen.
Children's Miracle Network Hospitals
Casey's has been a partner of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals since 2014 and has raised more than $3.9 million to help children at a time when they need it the most.
Children's Miracle Network Hospitals raise funds and awareness for 170 member hospitals that provide 32 million treatments each year to kids across the U.S. and Canada. Donations stay local to benefit kids in our communities. Since 1983, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and its supporters have raised more than $5 billion, most of it $1 at time through the charity's Miracle Balloon icon.
