At Casey's, our purpose is "to make life better for communities and guests every day." In other words, we're Here For Good. It is part of our culture to provide opportunities for our team to carry out and showcase our purpose every day.
We believe Casey's is at the heart of every community we serve. We encourage our team members - whether in our stores, at the Store Support Center or distribution centers, or driving our fuel trucks on the road - to rise to help our communities by providing a wide range of volunteer and philanthropic opportunities.
In addition, full-time team members at the Store Support Center are offered two days per year to volunteer at a charity or non-profit organization of their choice. Because the guests we serve every day are our friends, neighbors, and family, we have a vested interest in keeping our communities strong.
