Where can I find Casey's COVID-19 Prevention and Response Plan?
We have a detailed prevention and response available. Click to view.
Is Casey’s requiring team members wear masks? What about guests?
Yes, as part of our commitment to the safety of our team members, guests and communities, Casey’s requires that facemasks be worn in our stores unless there is a medical exemption.
According to the CDC, wearing a facial covering, combined with social distancing and frequent handwashing, has been scientifically proven to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Thank you for helping do your part to keep each other safe.
How can I request no-contact delivery?
When our driver arrives with your delivery they will place the order in a clean location right at your doorstep and knock. Your driver will move to a safe distance while you retrieve your order.
Can I still pay with cash and have no-contact delivery?
No-contact delivery is limited to those who prepay ahead of time via card.
Is Casey's offering no-contact carryout?
Yes! To keep your contact at the store to a minimum, pay online or over the phone for your carryout order. When you get to the store, just grab your order and head out the door.
Can I pay for my pizza over the phone?
Yes! Just have your credit or debit card ready when you call. We also accept Casey’s gift cards.
How can I avoid contact at checkout?
Try paying with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit cards to keep cash handling to a minimum.
What is the change to refillable cups?
Given current risks, we took immediate action to help further protect our guests and team members as we evaluate high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces.
We appreciate your patience during this time of heightened caution.
What action is Casey's taking in response to COVID-19?
As our local communities deal with the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Casey's is taking action to help keep our team members and guests safe.
First, and most important, the health and wellbeing of our people and communities is a priority. We are making decisions with this in mind, while continuing our mission of being here for guests.
Our team members have been operating with heightened attention to actions like store cleaning and more frequent handwashing. This includes being diligent with fundamental actions like increasing the frequency of cleaning food prep equipment, counters, restrooms and fuel pumps as well as other high-touch surfaces throughout our stores. We will be closing all seating areas in stores. We will also be encouraging all delivery and carryout pizza guests to complete payment online to reduce contact at checkout. As always, our team members are staying home if they are sick.
Our stores are open and we are working hard to keep the products you love available.
Is Casey's closing stores or reducing hours?
Some of our stores may adjust hours, which will be posted locally at their location and on our website.
We are evaluating the latest guidance and what potential changes may mean to ensure we are looking out for our team members and guests.
What is Casey's doing for team members who are required to quarantine or test positive for COVID-19?
First, and most important, the health and wellbeing of our people and communities is a priority.
We will have an additional paid leave program in place to support our full-time and part-time team members who are impacted.
I work at a store and have additional questions.
Casey's team members should contact their supervisor for additional questions.
