How do I create a new account?
Creating a new account is easy! Just head over to our Create an account page and fill out the form.
What if I forget my password?
No worries, it happens. Just head over to the Sign in page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. You'll be back to ordering in no time!
Why have I been locked out of my account?
After several failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. The lock is temporary and will be lifted after 30 minutes.
If you continue to experience trouble logging in or find yourself locked out again, we recommend you reset your password. You can reset your password on the Sign In page and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
What if I don’t have access to the email linked to my account?
If you no longer have access to the email linked to your rewards account, please contact Casey’s Guest Relations team. Ensure you put the email linked to your account and your new contact email in the body of your message.
Once you have access again, you can easily update your email and mobile number under account's "Personal Information."

How do I update my mobile number?
In the Casey’s app: Sign into your account using the Casey’s app. Select the "Account" tab from the bottom navigation. Select "Personal Information" and then scroll down until you see your mobile number. Tap the blue Change button next to the mobile number. Enter and confirm the desired change to your mobile number and select Save changes. Request the verification code by tapping Verify. You will receive a one-time code via text to verify the number change. Enter the code in the app and your mobile number will be updated. On a browser: Sign into your Rewards account by visiting the Sign in page. Hover over your name at the top of the page and select "Account." Click the blue Change button next to the mobile number. Enter and confirm the desired change to your mobile number and select Save changes. Request the verification code. You will receive a one-time code via text to verify the number entered. Enter the code in the window and your mobile number will be updated.

What is two-factor authentication and what if I'm having an issue with it?
Two-factor authentication is a security feature that helps protect your Casey’s Rewards account. Two-factor authentication helps verify that you are the owner of the Casey’s Rewards account by sending a single use verification code to the email linked to your Rewards account.
If you are having any trouble receiving your code, entering your code, or something else is going wrong during the login process, reach out to Casey’s Guest Relations team. Include the email you are logging in with and any error message you see and/or a description of the issue.
