Team Member
You are the friendly face that welcomes every guest to the store. Your day includes keeping the store stocked and clean, operating the register, and preparing our delicious food items. No prior experience is required. We provide cross-training in various store functions. The more you learn, the more we’ll grow together.
What you'll do as a Store Team Member:
- Cheerfully greet our guests while running the cash register.
- Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
- Operate kitchen equipment to prepare food items, such as our delicious pizza, donuts, sandwiches, and more!
- Pizza Delivery Drivers must have a valid driver's license.

- Illinois - $15.00-$16.50
- Minnesota - $12.00-$16.50

Center Store Shift Leader
As a Center Store Shift Leader, you’ll play a role in supporting our center store Team Members and stepping in as a leader when other store leadership team members are unavailable. You’ll assist with inventory management, including planogram execution, maintaining merchandising standards, and completing daily bookwork. In the absence of the Center Store Manager, you'll take on leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for training new Team Members in the center store and ensuring effective communication for all new hires and key initiatives.
What you'll do as a Shift Leader:
- Be an integral part of the store leadership team.
- Step in as the Center Store Manager on Duty when needed.
- Focus on inventory management.
- Lead training for center store team members.

Center Store Manager
As a Center Store Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader, working closely with the Store Manager to train, guide, and engage our center store Team Members. Your leadership will ensure a positive guest experience, even when other store leadership team members are unavailable. You'll be responsible for supporting the Center Store by completing daily task lists, conducting daily store walks, and ensuring safety processes are followed. Additionally, you'll manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager. You'll also play a key role in anticipating and resolving guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
What you'll do as an Assistant Store Manager:
- Train and guide Team Members in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Take on leadership accountability and empowerment.
- Influence operational activities within the center store.
- Be accountable for all center store activities, with Store Manager oversight.

Kitchen Manager
As a Kitchen Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader, working closely with the Store Manager to train, guide, and engage our kitchen Team Members. Your primary focus will be managing day-to-day kitchen activities and overseeing inventory. You'll also influence operational activities within the prepared foods and dispensed beverage areas to maximize productivity and profitability. You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive guest experience by delegating tasks, teaching others, and engaging with the kitchen team.

Store Manager

This position oversees all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. What you'll do as a Store Manager:
- Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
- Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
- Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way! You will have the privilege of becoming a coach and mentor to your team, helping them succeed and grow.
- Model and coach to Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
- Manage labor budget and fulfill staffing needs for regular hours, as well as special events or high-traffic times. Ensure the scheduling system is kept up to date, schedule is timely prepared and posted, and all scheduling updates are appropriately communicated.
- Oversee operational activities of the kitchen to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Oversee and ensure completion of daily bookwork, Daily Store Walk, Daily Task Lists, required counts, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and Direct Store Deliveries (DSD). Ensure asset protection processes and audits are completed to protect company assets.
- Partner with the District Manager and store leadership team to develop Store Action Plans to support the business in response to key performance indicators and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
- Attend and successfully complete all job trainings and assessments, including ServSave Food Protection Manager where applicable, and ensure Team Members complete required trainings.

District Manager

Region Director
Seeking strategic thinkers and team builders! The Casey's Region Director leads a talented team of District Managers to drive initiatives and grow sales within stores. Region Directors are responsible for leading performance execution of all store activities within their assigned area of operation while acting within the scope of company objectives and policies. This role oversees District Managers and directs the daily activities of a front-line, multi-unit team to execute, monitor, and validate progress according to unit goals. The Region Director is accountable for profit and loss of the assigned region and acts as the liaison between the Store Support Center and their regional stores. This position is eligible for incentive-based bonuses, providing great rewards for outstanding work!
What you'll do as a Region Director:
- Responsible for executing Casey's strategic initiatives, driving sales, and maintaining quality and service standards within your assigned area.
