Pizza Delivery Driver

Everyone loves the Pizza Delivery Driver! Our Pizza Delivery Drivers have the opportunity to interact with our customers in and outside of the store. Working in a fast- paced and fun work environment. Pizza Delivery Drivers assist with preparation of our fresh, famous pizza and other products with a smile is the focus of this role. Since pizza is a staple in most households on Friday nights, over the weekends and other celebratory occasions (like Super Bowl, New Years’ Eve), the Pizza Delivery Driver is a critical part of our business on those days. Food Service Leader

Food Service Leaders mentor a team of food service specialists in a high volume, fast-paced environment, making our wide variety of delicious, made from scratch products. As the Food Service Leader, you will train and develop each member of the team in quality products, food safety and customer service standards. Assistant Manager

Providing leadership alongside the Store Manager is vital in this role. Assistant Managers help build a great store team and culture focused on customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork.This position is a valuable resource to support the Store Manager and will learn to handle most operational processes and procedures within the store.  An Assistant Manager will have the opportunity to take ownership and use these acquired skills while running store operations in the Store Manager’s absence. This leadership role includes working evenings and weekends. This position must have solid math skills to perform book work, will be trusted with certain matters of confidentiality and serves as a potential key holder. If you desire to become a Store Manager someday, this role is for you!

Store Manager

If you possess a passion for working with and assisting others, a Store Manager position may be right for you. The daily priority of our Store Manager is building a strong team, leading team members in providing great customer service and ensuring operational effectiveness. Managing the day-to-day store operation is of utmost importance.  Duties range from training, hiring, and performance communication, to inventory, ordering and merchandising, and must have solid computer skills. This position oversees all aspects of the stores, exercises much discretion, with all employees in the store reporting directly to this position. As a community center, the Store Manager will also position the team to have direct involvement in the community it supports. Our Store Managers are certainly the ‘sauce’ bringing our teams and communities together. Area Supervisor

Area Supervisors lead a group of approximately ten Store Managers within their assigned territory of stores to achieve customer service, sales, quality of product, profitability, and compliance standards. This leadership position is the liaison between District Managers and Store Managers while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures are adhered to.The Area Supervisor works with the Store Manager to understand and act upon various workforce, budgetary and sales metrics to ensure the store is running the best it can to support our customers. As a new Area Supervisor, you will attend Casey’s University at the corporate office in Ankeny, Iowa, and meet many other contacts through the business who will provide support throughout your career. The Area Supervisor position is an important and exciting leadership role, and integral part to the Casey’s secret recipe for success!

District Manager

Through collaboration with Area Supervisors, District Managers direct overall store operations within a specific territory of approximately 50-60 stores. District Managers focus on strategic means to success and profitability. The District Manager will travel to our Ankeny, Iowa, headquarters location a few times per year and will interact with many functions of the business on a regular basis. Most of our District Managers started with the Company as a Store Employee and quickly moved through the ranks… why not make this your path, too?
