Team Member
As a Store Team Member, you are the welcoming face of the Casey's team for every guest who visits our stores. You provide world-class guest services in a clean, friendly, fast-paced work environment. At select stores we also have opportunities for Pizza Delivery Drivers, allowing you to spend some time in and out of the store. Plus, you'll also earn tips! Our store teams are provided with opportunities to learn multiple responsibilities through cross-training in all store functions. Full- and part-time work is available to fit almost any schedule. Some locations are open 24 hours with additional positions available for overnight shifts.
What you'll do as a Store Team Member:
- Cheerfully greet our guests while running the cash register.
- Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
- Operate kitchen equipment to prepare food items, such as our delicious pizza, donuts, sandwiches, and more!
- Pizza Delivery Drivers must have a valid driver's license.
Are you a teenager looking for your first job? Casey's is here for you! We can provide flexibility to accommodate academic and sports activities as they change throughout the school year. Teens age 16 or older are encouraged to apply to gain valuable work experience while also assisting your community.
Shift Leader

- Act as liaison between the Store Managers and Region Director to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Develop Team Members with coaching, support and encouragement in their career pathway.
- Supervise personnel activity in store operations to all assigned stores in designated area.
Region Director
Seeking strategic thinkers and team builders! The Casey's Region Director leads a talented team of District Managers to drive initiatives and grow sales within stores. Region Directors are responsible for leading performance execution of all store activities within their assigned area of operation while acting within the scope of company objectives and policies. This role oversees District Managers and directs the daily activities of a front-line, multi-unit team to execute, monitor, and validate progress according to unit goals. The Region Director is accountable for profit and loss of the assigned region and acts as the liaison between the Store Support Center and their regional stores. This position is eligible for incentive-based bonuses, providing great rewards for outstanding work!
