Grocery Drivers

Grocery Transportation Drivers are responsible for the timely delivery of grocery product to Casey's stores and assist with unloading of product during each delivery. We are proud to say when a new driver begins a career with Casey's, they've found their home! Here are a few ways Casey's appreciates our drivers

  • Industry Leading Pay starting at $28.78 per hour with increases starting after 6 months of employment. Time and a half after 40 hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess current Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Must possess a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
  • At least one year of verifiable over the road Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 36 months.  Reefer experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations that apply to the operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle in interstate and intrastate commerce is required.
  • Understanding of state motor vehicle laws and knowledge of DOT rules and regulations governing the operation and maintenance of equipment in which assigned.
  • Knowledge of equipment, procedures and strategies to maintain safe operation of the vehicle.
  • Ability to drive for long periods.
  • Capable of quickly adjusting the controls of the vehicle to maintain control and perform safe driving.
  • Functional reading, writing and math skills.
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop and reach above shoulder level.


Salary Range: Starting pay 28.78 per hour with increases starting after 6 months of employment.

Fuel Drivers

Fuel Transportation Drivers keep our stores and communities running by delivering fuel to stores across our footprint. Since we have fuel transportation hubs throughout our operating area – you’ll be driving in the general area you reside and will be home daily! Here are a few ways Casey's appreciates our drivers:

  • Hourly pay rate starting at $30 per hour with increases starting after 6 months of employment. Shift differentials available for overnight and weekend shifts.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation and one week of sick time upon hire
  • $1000 sign on bonus once specific requirements are met.
  • Daily Pay available
  • Free drink and discounted food program while on shift
  • Eligible for quarterly and annual performance bonuses

  • Knowledge of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) regulations.
  • Ability to drive for long periods.
  • Capable of quickly adjusting the controls of the vehicle to maintain control and perform safe driving.
  • Functional reading, writing and math skills.
  • Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, and stoop.
  • Must be able to reach and lift above shoulder level. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

 

Salary Range: starting at 30.00 per hour with increases starting after 6 months of employment.
